Do you have a return policy? Should you not be happy with your purchase, please advise within 24 hours of receiving your item, Return must be made in the following 7 days. Your refund will be processed upon the receipt of the item in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Items for return must be properly packed, shipped and insured. Refund or credit will be for the cost of the item excluding shipping charges.

Do I have to pay Duty? Duties/Taxes: Each country has their own duties, tarifs and taxes on items shipped from foreign countries. I do provide documentation stating contents and value of the goods when I ship out of the country.

Why Air Mail for buyers outside of Canada /USA? International destinations we use Air mail & Insured. Surface shipping is very slow and takes 6 to 8 weeks and in peek periods may take up to 3 1/2 months. SO TO AVOID FRUSTRATION ON BOTH SIDES.
